Inside Sales Representative


 

International Sales Representative

Distributor and third party sales are an important sales channel for Moocall. We are looking for a talented and competitive International Sales Representative who thrive in an international sales environment. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.

The Role

  • Responsible for delivering the sales budget for specific International Markets;
  • Responsibility for selection and management of distribution partners;
  • Attendance at trade shows to promote and sell products;
  • Training of distributor staff;
  • Presentation and communication to influencers with proactive seeding of markets;

The Person

  • Candidate needs to be from a farming background with preferably an agricultural qualification;
  • Proven sales experience;
  • Track record of over achieving targets;
  • Self starter, flexible, energetic and enthusiastic;
  • Clean driving licence. Extensive travel will be involved with the role;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • A closer.

Nice to have

  • An interest in livestock would be advantageous;
  • Fluency in Spanish, Italian, German, French or any other languages would be a distinct advantage;

Inside Sales Representative

Moocall is a fast growing ag-tech startup based in Blackrock, Co. Dublin. They create smart IOT devices for the agricultural sector. Their first device, the Moocall calving sensor, is worn on a cows tail and predicts when a cow is going to give birth. Since launch 18 months ago, almost 30k devices have been sold worldwide into 40+ countries. Farmers love it! Their second product, Moocall HEAT is a new heat detection product going on sale in the coming months.

Direct to farmer sales is an important sales channel for Moocall. They are looking for a number of talented and competitive Inside Sales Executives who thrive in a fast moving sales environment. The successful candidates will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable spending a majority of your time on the phone calling warm customer leads and closing sales.

The Role

  • Based in our Dublin HQ in Blackrock, Co. Dublin;
  • Working with a pipeline of warm leads;
  • Achievement and presentation of weekly activity targets;
  • Completing all related administrative tasks;
  • Representing Moocall in a professional manner in all communications with prospects at all times;

The Person

  • Farming experience & from a farming background;
  • Proven inside sales experience;
  • Track record of over achieving targets;
  • A degree or similar experience in Marketing;
  • A history of blogging or creating content is an advantage;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Competitive, driven, hungry for sales. A closer.
  • Fluency in Spanish, Italian, German, French or any other languages would be a distinct advantage;

The company:

  • Remuneration for this role will be a base salary + a generous uncapped commission structure.
